The project

A building that works as a loop

Loop Business Center is a retail and office development located inside City Place, a mixed-use master plan spanning more than five million square metres in the Verón area of Punta Cana.

Its ribbon-like façade wraps around the entire building without a break, giving the project its name. The first two levels are dedicated to retail with direct street access, while the three upper levels house corporate offices with their own circulation, so customers and office teams never cross paths.
